 What is overthinking ?

 The person who suffers from overthinking ,his brain does not stop thinking even during sleep and torment him all the day,thinks about very serious things and usually negative all the time.



Overthinking is the worst enemy one could ever have.It won't kill you but what overthinking do to you is even worse,it kills your happiness .

Actualy I 'm a biggest overthinker .My brain constantly races,not necessarily stressfuly but its like my thought never rest.overthinking is a very stressfull to me. So Some times I missed my daily works.

Find distraction 

You can decrease overthinking by engaging in activities you enjoy.Tis may look different for everyone ,but some ideas include.

Lerning some new kichen skills by tackling a new recipe.

Going to your favorite workout class.

Taking up a new hobby.such us painting ,listning songs.




Take a deep breath

The next time you find your self tossing and turning over your thoughts,try closing your eyes and breathing deeply.Respiration has a direct effect on your body and mind,and may help distract you and reduce the physical effect of overthinking .

Meditate

Developing a regular meditation practice is an evidence - backed way to turn your attention inward and clear you mind of nervous chatter .



All you need is 5 minutes every day and a quiet spot.More than one meditation technique exits.

Overthinking is a really good thing at one time,Even if it sometimes feels stressful,let's think too much our own good.
